I've got single parent friends who do one week on, one week off. Another's 4-year-old is with dad Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, but htey're nit overjoyed with this right now. Another has her kids at at dad's Thursday after school through Sunday afternoon -- only disrupts one school day.
